Health Services

Health Services are provided by the school nurse who serves the needs of the learners. There is one registered nurse on campus and all staff take First Aid sessions with the Lebanese Red Cross on an annual basis.

The nurse is provided with medical files for learners that include:

  1. Emergency contact information
  2. Medical vaccination report updates

A medical form that includes general information, health history, allergies, immunization, medication, and emergency plan in case of an accident is to be filled by parents by the beginning of the year. The school does not administer any medication nor provide any health care or screening to learners without written permission from their parents/a doctor’s prescription.

Health education is conducted throughout the year to answer learner and parent concerns and to provide awareness, emotional and physical support. The services provided during the year are covered by a pediatrician, a dentist and other specialists.
